  update feb 2017, im lowering my 4 star rating to 2 why did i lower my rating, the food is still very good but the service has gone down hill i call to place an order there phones are horrible cant understand each other then they hang up i call bk they think its a prank order which its not im hungry one of the the ladies that answer the phones pretends fake Chinese accent we had a miscommunication i ordered 2 large sesame chicken with extra sauce on the side 4 eggroll and fried dumplings she said 18.95 normal 45-an hour cool, 2 hours later i got 1 sesame chicken medium no extra sauce 4 eggrolls dumplings and slip said 29.91 WTF! i put this on my credit card so its paid for... i called them up lady dropped the fake accent she said that i was trying to get free food that she know me cause i order all the time and hung up on me i called back again same thing so F her. fix the phones put anyone els on phone duty.
  
  2014-2016 why 4 stars, cause its way better than crappy china king. i ordered delivery 12pm lunch sesame chicken with the 1 free egg roll got 2 more so 3 egg rolls and steamed dumplings which were great! 8 big dumplings on a tray. delivery time was fine 35min. cute Asian delivery girl. so my experience is they were nice and prompt the food was good not the best but better than the other options in royal palm. my entire order was 17.20 i gave the delivery girl the whole $20 bill the food is good the price is good i will recommend and order again when im in the mood for dumplings and sesame chicken.

  This place never answers the phone anymore. Instead of having a professional messaging service, the phone just keeps ringing. I can't get delivery or call in a pick up order. Very unprofessional.

  Its actually a zero star. Turning down a customer before you even delivery is a bunch of b.s. so they can give me a wrong order again and i get sick from their food. Hell no i would never order again from them ever. And i would recommend the same to everyone else. No customer service no customers. Rude and nasty.
