  This Publix is just like having your own "family" owned food store. They ALWAYS are consistent in their excellent service. If you have a chance and are near this Publix, try your best to go inside and experience it for yourself.

  Where do we start. This Publix absolutely is horrible. For starters, it is not hard to find expired food on the shelves. Always make sure you check expiration on any and all items you buy. Generally they are out of produce bags, Publix meat is usually never cut ( Although they are trying to get better). Every manager that I have talked to at Publix, always apologizes, but nothing is ever taken care of for improvement. I have had to write emails to corporate to try and get a better shopping improvement, which has resulted in little changes.
  
  Thought by now, Publix would strive for improvements. Thought Publix had mystery shoppers. One day, maybe they might change the entire shopping experience.
