  I am a current employee at your favorite EVERYDAY oasis for MOST of you. and i need to get something off my chest i love working at panera but i just want some of you to know that the employees at panera are IN FACT human beings and WE make mistake so if we don't exactly have the bagel you want don't dehumanized us and treat us LIKE. TRASH! I always take this opportunity to try something new and experience in life! keep that mind you step into the place because our day might have been 10x worse than yours

  I don't think I've ever had a negative experience here that didn't involve another customer. We might have ordered something to go ONCE and gotten the wrong size, but factoring in for human error and keeping in mind that I've been eating here for years, I'd say that's an amazing track record. (And they credited us for their mistake.) Friendly staff, good food, and I love the setup of the place. (Great location for NaNo write-ins!!! Just make sure to get something to eat, be courteous!)
