  Fresh and healthy food is what you will get at Bolay. I spend a fair amount of time eating there without hesitation. Everything is yummy but I really love the brussel sprouts!

  The food is phenomenal here and they make it simple and quick. They offer very healthy choices of foods that are delicious and not common in a 'fast food' restaurant - which I dislike calling it because of the negative connotations of 'bad quality & unhealthy' it brings to mind. However, this is great quality food, healthy, and served fast.
  
  All of the staff are friendly and put a lot of effort into good customer interactions. An employee, Simone, came to our table to make sure we had all we needed and was the most delightful person I have met in a long time. She was courteous, professional, polite - and yet personable.

  Food was Great... The service was above and beyond. There is a place to wash your hands before you even order! An employee asked while we were in line if we have ever been. I had not. He explained everything on the menu and encouraged us to try the selections before we ordered our bowl. We took his advise and my bowl was delicious. I will return and have told friends. Love this place!
